What did you do to your LR3 today?
Thank goodness....at first I hadn't scrolled enough and saw the "before" pic and said 'wtf that looks like dog****' and then kept scrolling. Those tires make a huge difference! Nice job...
Yes, it is easier to find the the factory ten spoke 18" rims now that a few years ago.
I see maybe a half dozen of them on eBay for between two and three hundred dollars each - not hens teeth, but if you want four of them, your have to order from a couple of the suppliers. I regard the 18" as the wheel of choice if you like a bit of rubber between the rim and the road.
The 19" x six spoke, while not being given away, appear to be available in any number from more than a single supplier, hence I regard the 18" factory rims as being relatively rare.
The links below have a few files related to the factory wheels which may be of interest.

Found a slow drip through the LED dome light this past week, so I decided to check out the sunroof drains. The front left drain was clogged, but the right front was fine. Didn't check the rear drains, because I wasn't sure how to access them (any advice would be appreciated).
When I disassembled the trim and wheel well cover and reached up into the place where the front left drain was supposed to stick out of the sheet metal, there was nothing there! It was a good thing that the drain was clogged, or it would have been sending all of the water to the floor of the cab. Anyway, I bought some tubing and a quick connect, cleared the drain tube with a bit of snaking, clipped off the degraded end of the original drain, and threaded the new tubing extension through the exit port. I'll probably order the LR replacement kit, but this should at least get me through the next couple rain showers.

I do not have much experience with the sun roof drains, but the link below is to one of my gallery sub-sections that has a couple of files related to the air conditioner hose drains. There are two of them, one each on either side of the transmission tunnel.
I note that each of the drain hose files has a thousand or so views, so some must regard the files of value.
You may know all about them if the carpet of the front seat area floor wells has got soaking wet in the summer with no rain in the past few months.

Hey guys.. I forgot to post the before and after measurements I took on my ride. The first set of measurements was with stock tires at normal ride height, the second is with the rods and new tires at normal ride height. I took the measurement from the ground to the bottom of the plastic fender flare centered directly above the wheel hub.
Before: Front 32" Rear 33"
After: Front 35.5" Rear 36"
If you have any questions let me know.. I drove it everywhere this weekend and am really loving it so far.

My LR3 is finally able to go off road and not freak out and throw a fault... replaced the reservoir EAS block which I am convinced had an internal leak, this causing pressure spikes which triggered a suspension fault.. not too bad of a job... the lucky8 slider is not too bad to take off.. once you do it 5+ times... I also fixed the AMK compressor mounts which were not right and modified the slider so it no longer touches the EAS compressor housing Quieting it down considerably... PAS as well, when you recalibrate the suspension with the Lucky8 2.5” bump-stop kit you need to add in the height of the bump stops/Rods to the calibration measurements...so + 64mm.... once I did that, I can use Access height mode again.. which was a big win too.. a quick test confirmed that I now have all three modes with no codes and it articulate without throwing a fault.
I totally failed at adding in Front heated seats (trucks not wired for it although it does have the temp sensors in the seats, not sure if its only the wiring from the Climate control module to the in side fuse panel/kick panel connector or more.. I gave up and reinstalled the non-heated seat panel and removed the option from the CCF via the IID tool. I guess I'll go after market for front heated seats, the rears seem to be add the switches plug and play if I am reading the inter webs correctly.
Oh and also changed the Tactical rovers rear jerry can swing out to a dual one.. I had a gift cert I won at the spring Uwharrie event which covered it so why not. Picture is on its high setting..
