Default Wiper Fluid Randomly Turns on

2008 LR3 4.4L 225k miles. Like the title says, everyday now a few minutes after I turn the car on the windshield wiper fluid will randomly squirt out. Wipers don't turn on, but the wiper fluid squirts for about half a second. Seems to only happen once per start. It doesn't happen while starting the vehicle, there seems to be a minute or so delay after starting when the wiper fluid goes out. Doesn't correspond with going into gear, opening doors, seatbelts...nothing. No pattern other than briefly after I start the car.

No codes with Gap IID tool. It's a mystery, anyone else fixed this before? Unrelated picture below for fun.

Now that is one I have NEVER heard of. Weird.

Only thing I can think of is either a short in the steering column stick or near the pump

Did it only start after all of this cold weather?

Yeah, it started a couple weeks ago. Highs had been in the low teens/single digits for days here.
