Default Adjust Parking Sensor in front bumper

Hello,
I was parked at the airport for a week trip and when I came back it looks like someone bumped into my front bumper. One of the parking sensors is a little bit off and it scream bloody hell everytime I reverse or drive off for a good 10 to 15 seconds. Any ideas on how to best adjust it short of the dealer?
Thank you in advance!
Cheers
Steve

Pretty much sums it up! Normally, they get pushed in and popped out of the retainer. Normally, you would have to come in from behind and push it back in. Sometimes it is accessible w/o bumper removal and sometimes the bumper just has to come off. Once or twice I have been able to stick a piece of duct tape to the front of the sensor and pull it back into place, but I think that was luck, not skill. If the retainer is separated from the bumper, they can be epoxied back into place, we do that a bunch on the Jaguar XJ and XF, but the bumper must come off.

is there a video on how to get that bottom bumper piece off? I’m struggling to find one.

My front passenger side sensor got pushed in months ago. Used dental floss and a small/thin stiff wire with a hook on the end. I looped the floss around sensor and pulled. 5 min job!

You should be able to quiet it down quicker by pressing the P button each time it alerts.
