Hmm - well that reminds me to replace my trans cooler lines. I saw the fittings were leaking the other day, and looked like they had been for some time.

be sure to remind your dealer just how unhelpful they were.
I find it interesting just how different these different dealers behave. Mine is stellar. As is my Inde shop.
(The Inde is owned and staffed by those from the dealer)

@abran , were you reporting on @JolieB 's situation?

I am surprised that a 9 y.o. vehicle with 60k mi had such a failure. Good thing I change my transmission fluid and filter every 75k kms.
I am also surprised the dealer didn't have a better look... I have no complaints with my dealer, nor my Independant.

yep, surprising to say the least.
