Default Trailer Hitch Key...

Misplaced trailer hitch key. I have the key code off the lock... Do I contact parts department or service department?

Might be easier to buy the green **** with two new keys. It’s just a roll pin to knock out to replace it.
Lools like about $40 on eBay. Either that or a locksmith might be able to fashion new keys for you.

try part number KNW500010

Mine did not have that or it was broken off. I wound up inventing a method of my own with a pry bar and the hitch was removed in less than thirty seconds. The handle still works as does the hitch but now I do not need a key.

There is a guy on Ebay that cuts keys based on the key #. He's in Australia by spot on with the key cut.

If you clean the crud off your lock cylinder you'll see a #. That's the code, if I recall the numbers run from D1-57
