I'm just wanting to put a feeler out there on this. I recently made an aluminum rear door panel, and was wondering if this would be something people were interested in?

I know everything depends on pricing, and I'll work on that. I just need to know before I go through the time of laying this out in SolidWork. This could also be a complete kit with fold down table or tables.

Not sure of the name of the maker, but there is a vendor out there selling the same set up you are proposing, aluminum panel with fold down table.

1- If you can beat their price by half, you would steal all their business.

2- You will need to make a version with the sub box still installed for those that don't want to lose their bass.

3- a provision for a rear handle like found the 7 seaters would be cool. Maybe they all have holes for the handle, but you fab a plug or a functional element like power outlets in one of the holes.
