@gmfain No luck on the hard reset and update. Any other recommendations? I cleared the cache, updated the firmware and downloaded/installed all 78 updates. Otherwise I will likely return and try out the newer version. Thanks again for the help!

 

+1 for the GAP tool

 

Loved the GAP Tool when I had one, just need the ability to work on multiple cars that are different brands.
