Negative, it’s a Land Rover credit that shows up in TOPIx.

As a point of reference, I just completed one year in my Disco and also leased it for a 33 months. I'm now sitting in the service area astonished at the price quote they gave me for the one-year service - $450. That included everything from a previous post above.
I told them that I just wanted an oil change and the quote lowered to $200, which is still a bit high IMO.
Seems that Land Rover is charging for the 'safety check' items, which has typically been included for other brands I have owned (bmw, porsche, mb). The only real cost items in the 1-year service should be the oil change and pollen filter change.
In the case of the 33 month lease, there are only two services required. Assume $450 for the first and $600 for the second. That amounts to around $35 per month (including taxes) spread over 33 months.

In regards to the maintenance questions, I just purchased a 2020 Land Rover HSE Luxury and live New York City. If you are the type of person that does like to exclusively use a Land Rover dealer for the required annual maintenance/service (which can help you case if you later have an extended warranty claim down the road) AND if you keep your vehicle several years AND have high annual mileage (go thru brakes more quickly) AND your dealership has a high labor rate (it is $235/hr here in NYC) then the 4 year pre-paid plan plus wear & tear (wipers, brakes, brake rotors and sensors) is cost effective. You save about 35-40% in the long run. For the gasoline engine Discovery, the 4 yr prepaid maintenance plus wear & tear is $6,100 plus tax here in the U.S. (on 2020 models). I did the math (see below) and if you didn't have the pre-paid plan, over 4 yrs you would spend $9,868. So it just depends on your scenario and where you live (labor costs) and if you prefer dealer vs. non-dealer. Here is the approx math if you don't prepay in New York City:
$836 1st yr service ($769 plus NY/NYC tax)
$115 Yr 1 front/rear wiper replacement
$1,857 2nd yr service plus rear brake pad/rotors
$115 Yr 2 front/rear wiper replacement
$1,324 Front brakes/rotors (approx cost)
$836 3rd yr service estimate ($769 plus NY/NYC tax)
$115 Yr 3 front/rear wiper replacement
$1,394 Rear brakes/rotors (approx cost before taxes)
$3,161 4th yr service plus front brakes/rotors (includes tax)
$115 Yr 4 front/rear wiper replacement
$9,868 Estimated grand total if did not have prepaid maintenance plan

Two sets each of front and rear brake pads and rotors in 4 years. That must be awful driving conditions.
Plus, just because pads are worn out (which I doubt is the case) you don't need to replace rotors unless there is some problem (pulsing, etc.).
Pads are pretty inexpensive. Installing them is pretty easy (i.e. it doesn't take long --- should not be much labor).

I have no idea. I just reported the maintenance schedule.
I just searched my entire service manual and the only instances for the word 'sedimentor' occurred in the maintenace schedule - never in any repair or service procedures.
I suspect it is part of the fuel filter.
