Default Disco 5 recovery points

What are best options for Discovery 5 recovery points and what kind of modifications need to be done? I have easily been able to find the D rings necessary, but I'm not clear on how those D rings get attached to the frame (I'm curious about both front and rear as I don't have a tow package). Thanks!

for the front side there is a removable cover and what I did was I cut out a hole there to access the recovery point but not sure about the rear one all is in the owners manual.

@LR disco 5 Thanks - Any chance you wouldn't mind sharing some pictures of what you were able to do for the front?
