Did you figure it out? I just picked up a 2019 Discovery HSE Luxury and do not have the Remote Seats tab in the app either. The app works to lock/unlock, climate, etc. but no seats tab.

I've installed/uninstalled, signed in/out, several times. Even had the Encore product specialist delete and re-add the new car a few times. Still no Remote Seats tab.

Update - RESOLVED. I now have the seat fold screen in my app. I opened a case with Customer Relationship and they did a "workaround" to get it added. Here are some snippets from a communication.
  • There is a "work around" right now and a software update is forthcoming (next release.)
  • For any friends you may have with this same concern, they can either contact their Retailer or the Customer Relationship Center and we can escalate the request (similar to how we did it for you) and the work around will be done by our technical team.
  • For customers who don't have the time to reach out to us, the software update will be available shortly and when they bring their vehicle's in for their next scheduled maintenance's, the software update will be completed at the dealership level.
  • And, just so you know we are currently working on a way for software updates to be available for our customers "over the air" so that they won't need to return to the dealerships for future software updates! (Coming soon.......)

I followed the OP's advice, and I now have working Remote Seats in the InControl Remote app for our 2019 Discovery HSE Luxury. Before contacting the Customer Relationship Center, the Remote Seats tab was not visible in the app. It's now visible and functional.

The selling retailer couldn't figure out how to make it happen, but the CRC was able to do it.

Thanks to the OP for the research and info.
