Had no luck finding one online unfortunately. Could be internal to an ECU? Maybe a digital reset via service tool?

I'll toss the scanner on and see what comes up. I would find it strange that the diesel version would use a physical switch and the petrol version would use a ECU controlled unit. Who knows

I couldn't find a physical switch for either engine type.

Well after months of trying to track down the issue I sent the truck in to Land Rover. They called and said the timing chain broke and it needs a $25k new motor. I can only say that I'm beyond gutted as I purchased this as a gift for my girl and got 5 miles out of it. The crazy thing is while driving it didn't make a noise of any kind to signify the motor grenaded itself. I also pulled the timing chain cover and looked in the oil fill for the timing chain on the other side and both sides appeared well lubricated and tensioned. Does anyone have any experience with this situation, is the dealer to be trusted? I'm just hoping for a hail mary at this point.

Definitely take it to a independent specialist. Where are you located?
