I had a need to remove the rear inner fender liner and thought I'd share a tip. In addition to the typical phillips head screws and some push pin fasteners there was one additional fastener. It's essentially a really thin nut, or maybe a push nut.


If you look toward the rear of the vehicle inside the fender well you'll see it.


I was able to use a pick to turn it counter clockwise to back it off the stud and get it out of the way.

 

Nice. I usually get under them with forked panel tool and ruin them every once in a while. Your technique is more civil.
