I came off a Yukon Denali. Talk about a harsh ride! I took a spin in the Disco and I was sold.
I run 34 all around in the tires. Rides and handles fine. Something is going on with yours I think tho. I took a full size RR out and it rode poorly compared to the D-5.

Someone said maybe the locking diff option is making it ride differently then the standard one.

A looking diff has no effect on ride.

So it sounds like alignment is the problem if it is out of alignment each time? Clearly something not right if it gets misaligned so quickly.

I would take it to an alignment specialist, not just a tire shop with a computer.

we have a guy that uses mirrors, plumb bobs, and rulers. Those guys with the machine and lasers just turn a bolt and wait for a green light.

sounds like your steering rack is bad.
