Default TPMS Problem

Just had winter wheels put on (with new factory tpms). Picked it up today and it initially stated the correct psi on all four tires. The shop put the original wheels in the back (with the original tpms still installed). Shortly after driving it stated different psi in all four wheels - all above 40psi. Before all this, the original wheels only had 33-37psi in all.

Drove it for about 45 minutes tonight and no change - this was after getting the original wheels out of the vehicle and put in storage. Also, do not have any sort of warning light, either. Let it rest for an hour and still same display. The displayed psi's did increase 1-2psi while driving - this is normal for this car as heh tires heat up.

Any thoughts - will it correct itself or did something screw up?

ETA: It is now reading the correct psi except it has the driver's side tire psi's switched. I checked with a gage and and the vehicle display has the front psi on the rear tire display and vice-versa.

Could your gauge not be as accurate as you think? Maybe try deflating one drastically to see if it shows up?

The gage is spot on - I tested before.

Adjusted all four tires to where I wanted them - per the gage. Drove the car quite a bit more and they corrected themselves. Having a second set of tpms in the car must have confused the sensors. Nonetheless, it is fixed now.
