Water leaking inside drivers footwell (2017 V)
2017 Discovery V is normally in garage, but yesterday it was outside all day in a steady rain. Today (sunny day) I got in it and noticed driver’s side weathertech liner had some water in it, and carpet underneath was wet. It looks like it was coming from above plastic “shelf” under dash, near where the OBDI Connector is located. God knows where the source is.
I did look carefully around entire windshield and down both A pillars and did not see any signs of water there (I saw some people experienced this in another thread). My issue seems to be from a different location.
Any ideas? Also, as luck would have it, warranty expired about a month ago. Is this something that the dealer would still honor and fix as a known issue? Thanks all!

Sorry to hear of your issues. Unless it's the windshield itself, I don't think there is a known issue with water leaking. The windshield is very common (and can apparently recur even after replacement although I've not had any issues with that). I would take it to the dealer if you are just out of warranty and ask them to check it out. If there is a known issue they will at least be able to guide you.
