Used Range Rover buyer

Hi All, im new to this site and in Queensland Australia, I am considering purchasing a used 2004 HSE Range Rover, it has a 2.9L diesel engine, looks immaculate it has 180,000km on the clock, I don't believe its been off road, i have check it out on REVS, is there anything with this model i should be aware of?
I have owned RR before and love them i want to get back into another, any information would be appreciated. The asking price is around 17K
