I own a Range Rover HSE Lux, and I have absolutely become smitten with the brand. I have owned Lotus, Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, BMW and most American Brands.

I was actually looking for a Cayenne GTS, when I then went and test drove a Range Rover. Bought it and haven't had a single regret. I love my 911's, thought I would really enjoy a Cayenne. But the Range Rover is stellar. I took it in the soft sand a week or so ago and was amazed. There were Rubicon's going through the same stuff and getting hung up (not for long mind you) and the Range Rover made small work of it.

So now I am looking for a hauler. A truck to use for hauling Kayaks, Bikes, Home Depot runs and the more aggressive paint scratching off roading.

My question is: DISCO, LR3, LR4 or an older Range Rover. Something with 60,000 miles or so that I don't mind putting through its paces.

Any help would be great. I have read many of the threads on here and it seems like an older LR3 would be the ticket. But I would appreciate feedback.
