Anyone interested in buying my Disco
You have a Queen and are treating her like a third rate hooker.
You can't just use the cheapest parts on these trucks or you will end up broke and angry. Get the metaphor?
It is actually worth the money to go with legit parts at a fair price.
No need for the most expensive either.
Treat her like the Queen she is and she will return the favour every single time.
Lots of great info on this site to help you try to do the right thing the first time...

Okay so I ordered the Bosch coils, STI wireset, upstream replacement O2 sensors and installed are Autolite double platinum spark plugs. Installed of the parts and it seemed to warm up fine, aside from the usual high revving (2300) when I crank it up then it dies down after a minute. I drove to AutoZone to get my codes read and here's what I got:
P0327 knock sensor
P0300 multiple misfires
Cylinder 7 misfireP0135
P0155
And O2 sensor 1 bank 1 no activity.
Before installing (cheap coil set and AutoZone duralast gold wireset, "bad" O2 sensors I only had codes:
P0135
P0155
P0300
Cylinder 3 and 5 misfire
And that's it. So installing the new parts gave me additional codes....what gives??! I took my time installing the parts so I don't know what I did wrong. Is it just one of those things that after installing a part that you have to drive several miles for codes to clear or is there something more to it than that?
