Default Coolant leak 2018 Velar

Coolant leak
Coolant leak
Hello everyone. Over the past week or so I’ve been getting a Coolant Low message in my 2018 Velar P250S. Have been topping up coolant every other day or so. Searched around and found this leak from what seems to be a connection between the top hose and a smaller hose. This looks like it would be a relatively simple fix but I’ve come to realize that nothing’s as simple as it looks.
Does anyone on this forum have experience in repairing this leak? I’m assuming I need a new top hose arrangement with that side hose although I just saw a YouTube video where a fellow fixed his leak in an RR V8 by replacing a 75cent O Ring.
Does this also suggest that it’s time to replace all coolant hoses. Car has about 80,000 miles.
your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
