working on a couple projects and was hoping that someone near the Phx area would be able to help. First I am looking for a junk 4.0 head with a rocker shaft and rockers, head can be valve seat damaged, cracked etc. The rocker shaft assy should be complete as removed from OEM app. Worn out or broken rockers are fine. I am working on a set of roller rockers and would like to get some measurements, having a head to do mock up would be nice. The second thing I am looking for is a case from a ZF-24 auto preferably with front pump and input so I can make an adapter plate for a different engine. Hoping that someone near me has some of this junk laying around to sell dirt cheap rather than scrap or maybe even donate to the project and get a credit in the write up. Thanks, Dach.

 

Are you looking for the bell housing or the entire trans case? I am parting one out now.

 

Probably going to need the case and bell housing as well as front pump and input shaft in order to build the adapter for this Mitsubishi Diesel. Just for chuckles and grins is this a complete ZF4HP24 and is it core or a working trans? What year / truck is it out of? Looks like you are in CA anyway, might not be worth shipping to AZ.

 

2004 D2 118k. Complete working transmission with the TC.

Only issue is it has a small plum size hole on the side where the case meets the pan from driveshaft trauma.

I also have another trans with no issues, 2004 D2 with 138k miles I could sell you. Just pulled it out yesterday.
