A lot! Oil change, new front wheel bearings, shocks & struts, tie rods, D1 wiper blade swap, rear brake pads, rotors and calipers.
Phew! I’m exhausted. Years ago someone once told me that 'you've got to pay to maintain your vehicle..' I'm paying alright - with every ounce of my back, butt and body. I think my chest hairs even hurt..
Was gonna make a new thread but i figured I'd just post up here.
Ordered the universal soft plastic mesh off of ebay. Cut it to size with snippers/wire cutters after I decided what parts of the OEM grille I wanted to remove. See pics. Trimmed the back side with my dremmel, but a good pair of shears would prob work nicely. Gonna zip tie the sides and use adhesive, not sure which kind yet, to secure the top and bottom.
Thanks. Your's is finished off nicely with the black hardware. Just got mine done, but with zip ties. Gonna find some black screws to give it that "finished" look.
