Jeff,

I'm interested in doing this so thanks for the supply list and photos. BUT here's my stupid question, how do you go about locating the original lines to tie into?

Is there a section in the Rave that shows their location?

Also did you tie into the original breather lines or replace all the way back with the newer extension hoses?

Thanks!

Both diff lines are push to connect fittings, so you can pop those out and replace the whole line. Those are very easy.

The tcase and transmission breathers are on top of their respective part, so difficult to access. They are secured via a banjo bolt. I did not replace the whole line. Locate the lines in the engine bay (behind RH valve cover). One line is a short loop, so cut off the loop so its straight. The other line loops all the way back to the transmission (or is it tcase?) so it's very important to identify which tube to cut! Trace each end of the line with your hands until you find the line that is not plugged into anything (its on top of the transmission). Pop the line out of the bracket. Then it will be obvious which part to cut.
Then use tube-to-tube PTC connectors to extend the hose as you see fit.

This is getting interesting...

So that panel has a quick connect garden fitting for water input. Water input = either rack tank or an external source (Im making a portable water pump + filter in a pelican case) like a stream, lake, etc.

Anderson power pole port for the remote water pump hookup.

Air output.

Panel for the other side coming soon

yes my work is shoddy as heck. Oh well, I made it, so I'm happy with it

Water pump mounted

Also took off the RH rear passenger door panel. Going to gut the inside handle and window regulator. I don't have a seat on that side. Vertical space is really useful for storage... I'm going to put a rigid molle panel on it and throw some bags on it (this https://greyman-tactical.com/collect...12-25in-x-17in plus this https://greyman-tactical.com/collect...-10-75in-x-7in). There's also a ton of space inside the door that could be an interesting storage space. I'll add some sound deadener mat, but it will still likely sound pretty noisy... oh well my headliner is gone anyway!

Will need to find someplace clever for the speaker and tweeter

bought a d2, trailered it back. installed the front driveshaft, bought synthetic rope and added it on, greased all the greasable joints, topped off fluids, added led interior lights and new tires.

Finally found some containers to fit my storage space.
