Yes - I forgot to put them on my OEM cross bars when I initially installed them and they made a significant difference. Wind noise went down drastically.

The 19” will give you 1/2” more sidewall. Otherwise they’re identical. The 20” wheels still have a lot more options for tires. But strictly comparing KO3 - the 19” will be better for off-roading...

As a preventative measure, I applied some Shin Etsu grease to the existing grommets. Hopefully it will help ease the removal and reinstallation of the engine cover and thus will prevent the grommets...
