Bulbs are shyt! One just went out on me... Bastards!

On another note, I installed my Realistic TRC-482 CB today.
Mounted the antenna up top in front if the forward sunroof. Drilled, grommetted, sealed and even siliconed the sunroof motor screws and access where it usually leaks from. All cb wires hidden and secured. Looks clean. Made the mount brackets out of some aluminum strap I had lying around and gave it the brushed look. Cb works great.

Picked up a full size spare, 235/85/16 BFG AT, and matching alloy wheel for my daily driver.
Can't beat free!!!

Default Back from AWOL

Hi to everybody and a big thanks to administrators to allow me back from AWOL on this wonderful forum.

Have been busy on my Disco 1 TDi last few months.
Installed new Bushings on suspension.
Made arms for sway bar.
Installed double Cardan front p/shaft

Then yesterday installed new heavy duty clutch and my problems began.
Bleeding the slave cylinder kept me busy for 6 hours and still the clutch do not release?
I also renewed the spicket shaft bush and had a very tight fit.
Can it be that my R380 box is running with the engine and that is why I can't get it in gear easily with the engine running.
The box shift very smooth with the engine not running.

Do you have any pics of your sway bar set up? Did you modify it from stock? I want to make longer links and run the stock sway on my lifted D1.

Sorry, don't know anything about your clutch.

Thanks for reply.
It was the spickot shaft bush with a nice tight fit allowing my gearbox running with the engine.
I took it on a nice 2 km downhill, kept it in gear with clutch depressed and engine switched off, allowing the gearbox to turn against the dead (Static) engine. this practice worn the bush out a bit and after the 4 th run got a smooth shift. All fixed and old faithfull is back on the road again.

Post those pics requested asap.
