Default Adding Fridge

I searched the forums, and can't find the answer.

Can the console fridge be added later? Directly through dealer or third party?

Thanks

Brandon

Hasn’t been done yet, as far as I know. LR will install a fridge for you, but it takes up the back middle seat and seems to be bigger. Reminds me to look into this backseat fridge; if it’s removable and reasonably priced I might consider it.

Did you ever figure this out? I see you can purchase the replacement OEM unit here but also noticed in the "Activation" thread that markjlr lists the fridge as a software update option. For people that have the fridge from factory, are there settings in the software for it? I was under the impression that it was just the temp button to turn it on and off and the units were a drop-in replacement for the non-fridge storage cubby. It's on my "nice to have list" and knocks out quite a few options that I'm seeing on the used market so if can be installed later, that would be great news.
