Update. Dealer had the truck about 2 weeks. They replaced some type of media module and now I do see a 4G connection, But when I try and login it says I need to add the vehicle to my incontrol account although it's already added. Service says It's still a known issue and they hope an update will come out to fix the problem. They were able to add my name in the profile when I start the car but that's about it.

Do you have the data plan and that is why you now see the 4G connection? Just curious. Sounds like this issue persists.....

No I never paid for a data plan.
