Cannot set up profile
Glad to know Im not alone. I just picked up a pre-owned 2022 Defender, every time I enter my vehicle the screen provides me the option to set up vehicle (slightly annoying). I set up an incontrol account thru my phone, I can access my vehicle/remote/journeys/service from my phone thru the incontrol app, but I can not log in on my vehicle. I get the same message as previous users, it tells me I need internet connectivity. So I click the enable connectivity button, and I verify I am logged in to my home wifi, and the signal strength is great. I even access my home router via my router app on my phone and I can see the car connected to it, but it still tells me I need internet connectivity.
Update. Dealer had the truck about 2 weeks. They replaced some type of media module and now I do see a 4G connection, But when I try and login it says I need to add the vehicle to my incontrol account although it's already added. Service says It's still a known issue and they hope an update will come out to fix the problem. They were able to add my name in the profile when I start the car but that's about it.

I've almost given up. My local dealer is useless, and never followed up to fix. Now my warranty has expired. I ran a couple of OVA updates. Which removed my name and still didn't fix the issue. When I have time thinking about driving almost 100 miles to the next nearest dealer to see if they are any better.

They send me activation link to reactivate new sim card in accordance with my Country , now everything is working
Well i after almost a year I decided to call LR support to see if there was any easy fix that came out. They said to get the dealer to perform VSS. They made a call to my local dealer and made and appointment. I was pretty skeptical, but they took the car in and gave me a loaner. They warranty's expired but they honored it since they didn't fix it. Had it almost a week and finally fixed it. The fix says they performed a TA# 3980826 Then performed a software rollback.
