Keen to hear your feedback on the e-lift. I want to drop the off-road height a little, to give back some articulation. I typically drop back to normal height (in mud/ruts or rock crawl), but it would be good to have something in between, or a few options to dial up on demand.
It's not a nice feeling on your tippy-toes (in off-road height) when your outside front wheel drops in to a rut on the bend of a steep descent.
I had planned on using it this past Saturday but ended up not needing it. There were two sections that it would have been beneficial but carful line selection meant standard off-road height 2 was adequate. I really should have used it in one other spot where I took a bit of a ding to the under carriage up a snowy hill climb. It may have been the control arm so possibly would have made no difference.
Still only used it in my driveway. For shame.
Currently I have two settings for the eLift. Max height and +25mm . Hopefully a November snowy run may require one or the other. I just need to find some willing comrades.
Had a first bit of play with my activated Dynamic mode on my P400 at the weekend.
Some "spirited driving" as the good folks in LR like to call it. I'm not much good at noticing the subtleties of engines. More tractor driver than racecar me, but this was not subtle. Really impressive change in oomph.
For folks that like enjoying this sort of driving more routinely and have an interest in tuning etc, the GAP tool with the dynamic mode alone would be incredible bang for their buck.
Re: Dynamic mode. I agree it's enough reason to buy the IID tool on the P400.
One thing I've noticed re 'tyre' pressures. Normally the 'tyre' pressure readings go away. But if I'm in an offroad mode, and air down, and do not press O to cancel the warning, I can keep my 'tyre' pressures up the entire time I'm on the trail. I like to watch it to see if any start heading south when I'm aired down. Guessing this is what you do as well?

Yes I keep the pressure readings on the dash for the most part. I like to keep an eye on them as with the warning always on, you lose info on any unwanted sudden changes.
22 P300 here, dynamic mode makes a definite difference to the shifts and steering feel as others have seen. I find myself using it on every drive, it's now my new annoyance having to turn it on every time i get in like auto start/stop used to be. Is there a CCF setting to have the car remember the last drive mode? Just like the setting for auto start/stop?

I’m also interested in this question. I sent an inquiry to Gap Diagnostics to ask.
I can’t believe how much Dynamic + Sport mode transforms the P400 D90.
Does anyone know exactly what Dynamic mode does to the engine and gears vs. sport mode?
I also find it curious that the base SE Range Rover Sport with the same engine only produces 360HP, yet the Dynamic SE RR Sport produces 400 and is 3/10s of a second faster 0-60. Do we think there is any relationship between Dynamic mode and the difference between these two cars or it’s just branding? I’m assuming the base SE doesn’t have Dynamic mode? (I understand our engine is also 400hp)
I admit, I am struggling with a few items. I can’t seem to enable dynamic mode, yet followed closely the guidance above even making changes one setting at a time. Below are my settings:
Additionally, the configurable terrain response eludes me as to activating and using it; any guidance?
