Tried the 25 front 30 rear and that was a no go. I am running 1.5 inch lift rods with 275-60-20 BFG KO2’s. The 25mm on the front caused significant rubbing at full lock both front and rear. If it was just the front I would have considered inner cooler relocation for more room. Ended up doing 20mm front 25mm rear. Turned off auto access height as it is too tight in the front in access setting. Will still use it manually when not moving. In normal height it is tight but looks good.

Here are the before pictures.

And the after.

Running stock 22" wheels and tires. I put 25mm on the rear and 20mm on the front. Very happy with the stance.

I currently have 20mm spacers in the front and at full lock the driver side wheel rubs on the front of the wheel well. And it’s only rubbing on one side. Has anyone had this issue? I have a 2023 110 v8

it’s the fender liner rubbing. there is some variances how they are installed and fitted. you can try pushing back the liner and holding it with some zip tie. also you can trim the liner if its running a lot

I just got Bora Spacers and installed them yesterday with the recommended 140Nm of torque. I notice this click when I’m parking (going reverse and forward)
I've run spacers before (and currently on one of my vehicles) w/o issue. The click going from F-R might just be the pads. This has happened on every 4R and GX460 I've owned w/o spacers. Just a few mm of the pad moving and hitting the caliper when the truck moves in the opposite direction. Very noticeable in the garage where there is less noise. Not saying that's your specific issue.. .but very similar sound and same circumstances.

I'm sorry, I still do not understand why anyone is running spacers on a Defender.
