Roof load capacity is a certification related issue, you can install rails on it like any other Defender.

Picked up my 22 V8 last night. Very happy so far! It came with everything it was supposed to except the blue calipers. Just got off the phone with Customer Care Canada asking if they can switch them to the blue and they say there is absolutely nothing they can do and I should talk to my dealer. THEN! 5 min later, as I was writing this, she called back and said they will be replacing the calipers but the parts are not currently available. In the mean time they are sending me something for my "troubles". Thanks for all your help on this Yulong!

Nitto Terra Grapplers are being installed next week. Thinking about spacers but I don't think I want to grind the studs for the 20mm or 25mm spacers and 30mm seems a bit extreme. Am I overthinking things again?

What's the grinding? I didn't think that was needed for 25mm spacers?

Nice truck @Waterloo! I have a MY23 V8 110 CE on order - supposed to start production last week but got moved to mid April. What was your timeline like post build in terms of shipping? I am also in Canada. Also nice wheels - I have also ordered 5098 20" with off-road tires.

Mine was built on Jan 19 and finally arrived at the dealer in Oakville on March 31. Other than those two dates my dealer was a black hole for information! 😂

I was reading (and would be happy to be wrong) that the threaded studs needed grinding for the 20mm and 25mm spacers. Is this not true? I would order the 25mm H&R spacers today if no grinding is involved (or 20mm).

Next question, what are the part numbers? 50757260 for 25mm, 44757260 for 22mm, and 40757260 for 20mm?

my new wheels should be ready in about two weeks and need to get serious about tires. love to hear your feed back for the Terra Grappler. they don’t look as aggressive as the Ridge but looking for something much quieter.

dont think you need to grind down spacers. i ordered my new wheels with a square settup, same offsets and widths front and back. the rear should really have a more aggressive offset but didn’t want to hassle with not being to easily rotate tires. thinking to run 10-15 spacers in the back

I will happily let you know. Due to my wanting a three peak rated A/T tire I was down to BFG KO2 and the Terra Grappler. I gave up the aggressive look of the KO2 (which I like) for the supposed better road manners of the Terra Grappler G2W.

Do you have any more feedback on the Miltek? Where did you end up regarding using the resonator and how's the drone? Thinking I need too make the Defender louder. 😅

really enjoying the Milltek. i have out around 1500 miles and could say the fibers have settled in and this is what it will sound like moving forward

take in mind, i have a TDI piggy bank tune installed also. it raises boost which means increased supercharger whine. exhaust tone also change slightly after. so my overal audible experience now includes the mixture of the whine and new exhaust. i plan to create a separate post about the tune

i am still running the resonator and have yet tried the straight pipes. i am pretty sure this will be way too loud but i have them so might as well one day

the system was a little quieter than i had expected. after watching all the Urban Videos and being non opf i assumed the system would be pretty loud even with the resonator. i wouldn’t say i am disappointed in the volume as it definitely sounds a whole lot better than oem. just not what i was expecting. It is a very civilized clean exhaust tone with the resonator. no major pops and bangs, it’s all muffled with the resonator.

i would compare it to a Range Rover Sport exhaust, not SVR. if you have heard the 5.0 v8 on the Sport it’s a great stock sounding system. I guess i was expecting SVR

Regarding Drone, i guess you can technically say it has a very slight drone from 1-1.2k in low gear while at low speed. i am sure it will be much worse with no resonator. In no means is it annoying and no longer enjoying driving.

my biggest issue with the exhaust is the valve control. i thought i had it all figured out when they open and close but i am far from it. cold starts are very tame, no concerns with neighbors or waking anybody up. i wish switching from comfort and dynamic would be a on/off for the valves. exhaust pressure and speed seem to be the trigger to open them. when they close i am baffled
