Hardest part was moving the lunch box to the drivers side. The pillar boxes don’t hold much, save for a mini fire extinguisher and some straps. I wish I would have waited before buying the OEM smoke taillights, since the flush 2026 ones are sleeker and now available.
Well the wife had to come rescue me yesterday after my H1 decided to launch its radiator fan through the shroud and then through the radiator when I was 45 miles away from civilization.... so in return I got to clean her Defender toda which had been rather splattered with insect remains. I also had the good fortune of informing her that she had lost a hub cap.
Modified the towing eye cover / lower skid plate rear bumper after installing the NAS towbar
Took some time for measuring and cutting.. but it is douable and imho it looks sleeker.
I'll be installing the hitch receiver on my 2021 NAS 110 once they're no longer on backorder. Don't really want to deal with having the cover painted, and cutting the existing cover will be a lot more convenient. Do you still happen to have the measurements of where you had to cut the trim?
@CincyRover I will take the measurements for tow bar opening,
the socket position is different on mine but if you can modify the support bracket to be in line with the cover it's not so hard.

Great, thanks! I already took a Dremel to my front bumper to expose the recovery hook and lined the opening with rubber trim. Plan on doing the same thing to the rear bumper.
@CincyRovers
Hereby my measurements for cutting the tow hitch opening. It is in cm so : by 2.54
The American socket is a square, so first cut the towbar opening, wrap it loose around the towbar and measure the place /position of your socket.
I use the 7500lbs. Curt Hitch 2" drop and the Curt anti rattle clamp ( no tools needed )
