Installed a new rear wiper today. Kind of a pain since you have to remove the spare, and made even harder due to the fact the last time the dealer installed a wiper, they over-torqued the spare. My impact driver I have at home wasn't powerful enough, nor could I get enough leverage using the tire iron. Luckily I have a powerful impact at the office, and was able to get the wiper swapped out.

Good job sir Cincy but -- I did not have to remove the spare just to do the wiper blade.
Did you swap the entire wiper arm or something?
I only know this because on my Discovery 2 you definitely have to remove the spare which is beyond annoying and I was tickled that on the Defender, I didn’t have to. It just clicked out.
EDIT: Oh -- is spare tire removal needed it to do the connection of the tube/ squirter on the pivot point of the arm? (I can confirm that the blade does simply snap on and off easily, I just checked mine, which has been updated now by the dealer to the new style aqua blade so should be like yours, then it just dangles from the “tube")

Do you have the updated rear wiper? I had the updated wiper arm & blade installed a few years ago. It now sprays fluid through the blade directly onto the glass. I tried to replace it with the tire on, I couldn't since the arm cover has to be removed and the arm fully extended to wrap around and connect the hose to the nozzle.
Simon made a video after I left a comment on a previous video informing him of the change.
I bought a whole bunch of stuff, but am waiting until its properly broken in to add them. I did get the gloss black union jack side steps installed yesterday. Had to get them from the UK - luckily before tariffs. Having my calipers painted gloss black with white land rover logo next.
Until we move into our new house, you can see by my low garage why no roof racks allowed, and I always have to be in entry/exit mode. SMH.

I did all this last week and just now got around to posting pics.
1) Rotated all 5 tires after 5K miles since last tire rotation
2) While the tires were off and the wheel wells were fully accessible, I installed some aftermarket short mudflaps that came in a gloss black finish that matches the stock black lower body panels:
These were on sale for $99 (waaaaayyyy cheaper than the OEM ones, though the prices have since risen to the $150-180 range). They were advertised as using factory mounting holes for the existing wheel well liners and not requiring any drilling. They did come with 8 self tapping screws which I ended up using to reinforce their attachment to the car more securely. 2 screws per mud flap were drilled into plastic or wheel well liner material and resulted a more durable/stable installation.
3) Installed and wired up some ditch lights using Triple-R's A-pillar mounts that replace the stock A-pillar lower trim pieces which come loose and fall off randomly for some.
More details on these A-Pillar mounts and the ditch light install and wiring was done (look at this thread post #11-13): https://landroverforums.com/forum/20...mounts-126406/
Simple upgrades that were well worth doing that were pretty fun and pretty easy to do.
I'm taking it up on my self to tint my own windows. 5% instead of the factory 20%. Rear is finished. Now working on shrinking the tint for the sides. Here is a nice comparison of factory vs 5%.
You’re going to love them. Just had mine offroad last weekend (and another guy in our run group has Tuffant sliders, although we both have 110’s). They’re super.
I’ve had mine on 8 mos now and have tightened the bolts twice... they needed it both times btw from flexing. Just snugging up.
Added a second screen, well I guess it would be a third screen, so I can keep track of my second battery.
One of my relays for charging the second battery died and over the course of a week my fridge drained the battery because it wasn'tcharging. Then when I needed to use the fridge I couldn't use it.
This screen connects to my Thornwave battery monitor via Bluetooth. I could use the app on my phone, but it just easier to have the screen readily available to glance at with no action on my part. It powers off when the car shuts off.
Of course installing this screen means I had to move my auxbeam switch panel. The other items are my brake controller and master switch for my winch.
