I could not source the size local so I welded bungs shut then stacked nuts on pipe , welded them together and screwed the sensors in, same thing

irontite ceramic seal @ 180 degrees with 3 gallons of h2o. 12-18hrs
this is supposed to be an armor against over heat and provide extra heat dissipation. basically, i am heat treating a ceramic coat in all the water ports to smooth surfaces and keep it from cracking

It's the block seal not the head gasket in a bottle

Your idea, Drow. So if I pull these hoses off and find a solidified turd, in what used to be a water port...........

I should have used a smaller water pump. This one was too much @1500 gph

Well picked up. My 4.6 crank,rods,pistons from rovermastertech in wall n.j.
Looked at a bare block he had, there is no way to pull all pistons from the bottom due to the casting of a few main bearing housings so looks like I am pulling heads again ugh
