Having issues getting estimates, one shop gave me 15k to redo what he did and finish body work, paints additional

On a better note i fell into a great deal on a 69 firebird for my wife, car has all body and metal work done ready for paint and assembly so now i realy need garage up by winter

Hope to get out to at least one rover event but might not happen

 

Ok so for anyone that followed this, i did find a consumer rights attorney and sued the guy, judge found he was guilty and awarded me the maximum for that court

if he ever pays work will be redone and i will finaly have my baby back

X2, but glad you where represented and won in court. Anything the court can do to enforce payment?

 

I dont know, he has like 40 days to appeal, an appeal is ex p ensive so my lawyer says no way he sees that happening , and he cant claim bankruptcy to get out of paying so time will tell

 

They should make him sell his organs on ebay
