What sucks over here is the Brits hear my American accent over the phone or in person and somehow their prices double.
It’s cheaper to shop on the US eBay website and wait about a week for it to arrive here in the UK. No customs to deal with since it goes to a US military base.

I replaced my older SRD000070 SLABS unit with the newer SRD500070 unit. Very easy to do if you flip out the glove box, remove the kick panel, remove the mount nuts, drop the unit to the floor board and then unplug the 5 connectors.
Now I get the 3 bongs/bells after I start up the truck I guess since I don’t have SLS or CDL wiring.

Here’s a pic of the Disco 2’s 3 generations of SLABS units....

All my D2's will occasionally bong 3 times upon startup, however zero fault codes in the SLABS ECU = I just go about my business lol.

Aaaaaahh... good to know. I was going to dig around in the Nanocom and see if there was anything SLABS settings to change.
Thanks @Best4x4 !

I replaced my stock wussy RH horn with a louder 130db horn. Very easy to do since I used the original mount hole for the new horn.

Old vs. new horn

Mounts perfectly

Cut and Soldered in female connectors with heat shrink

Wired in for use

Link to new horn? I've been looking into this recently as well.
