Thanks for the info. I figure the pump would draw the most amps in that system.
I bench checked the SAI pump and it worked fine but I still sprayed some WD40 into the intake to loosen it up.
I’ll install my other SAI pump and see what happens.

I got these resettable fuses from eBay to help troubleshoot electrical faults that blow fuses.
By accident they sent me a 10A that isn't resettable.

I redid my dodgy negative battery cable to my shut off switch.
Went from a corroded and wimpy 8AWG to a 0AWG at a shorter length and thicker. Built with my hydraulic crimper and added a military grade negative post clamp.
It’s been raining so I’ll finish up tomorrow.

I cut off another 1.5 inch of the newly constructed negative battery cable to the battery disconnect switch.

Next up is to install the CARRS4x4 air intake tube since my original tube is nackered...

Since it semi cleared up from rain today, I finally installed the CARRS4x4 intake tube.
Extremely easy to replace. The only irritating part I found was getting off the old worn foam adhesive from my intake fender elbow. I found it easier to soak it in hot water with a dash of Fabuloso cleaner. I rubbed away the old foam, dried it off with a paper towel and added the beefier red gasket.
It looks great and I’m finally rid of the torn apart rats nest as @abran called it. Lol

I’ve been wanting to replace both stripped plastic nuts that hold the fender elbow in place. I might replace it with nutserts and bolts when I break down and get a nutsert kit.

Looking good! I found some metal fender nuts that work well. I’ll try to find the part number.

I found an amazing deal from a US eBay seller for 4 sealed NTK 25623 upstream O2 sensors for $80. I know I need 2 upstream sensors for my V8 but they were a package deal.
They are all new and sealed in the packages but all 3 boxes are different colors and have different labels. Possibly counterfeit???
From inspecting all 4 sensors they all look the same.

Today from inside my warm house I looked at Myrtle with disgust parked in my car port.
For the past month She’s had electrical problems popping fuse F2 in the V8 engine bay that I have been troubleshooting but can’t pinpoint the problem.
It’s time to tu
rn it over to a professional to sort out.
