Been collecting tons of wiring from work for a dual battery setup and any other AUX wiring in the future. Just need to actually purchase a second battery and a blue sea fuse/relay box and i'll be good to go.

can you please do a simple write up on how you did it. I plan on doing the same. In the next two weeks I’m adding a roof rack and lights and maybe a second battery and I ordered the same fuse relay box

Honestly, probably won’t have time to do any sort of write up

I have posted some diagrams in this thread which is basically what I’m going to do. Expidition Portal is also a good forum to see how peeps do wiring and crazy AUX lighting mods.

Truth be told...it's almost a relief...when it's just out of gas.

I guess

Finally replaced front wheel bearings, what a pain. The drivers side fought me the whole way, passenger was ok. Broke the puller I had bought and the axle kept pulling out of the diff rather than the hub moving off the axle. Still have a wobble / vibration but now it is literally only 56-58mph so it’s gotta be the tires out of balance.

At least I was finally able to put on the new front brakes!

Passenger axle seal is bad so have to replace that and I think it’s time for ball joints. Noticed a tear in one of the boots along with sloppy handling on the freeway.

Also been doing with some more serious stuff — wifey was in a car accident and was hit. She’s doing ok but her 91 Volvo 240 is completely wrecked which really sucks. Might be picking up an 850 turbo wagon but not sure yet — still have a lot of insurance stuff to figure out.
