Good Morning I stayed up late last night double checking all wires to ensure they were routed per the diagram. And once again when all wires were routed per the diagram my D1 will not start, it will turn over but that's it. I've downloaded the rave manual, I've got it opened up on my tablet right under the hood for referencing. Anyone have any suggestions or solutions?

1. Do you have spark?

2. If not, check fuse (F3, satellite fuse panel 1 under dash) associated with coils, and consider that crank position sensor may be unplugged or defective.

3. If spark is good, check fuel pressure at schraeder test valve on the right side of engine injecto fuel rail, needs 32-34 PSI. Will run for just a few seconds when key turned to position 2.

use the rave for great instruction for pics and such. the coil pack is numbered if you look closely too that can help as well. great little write up on spark plugs.

texasdisco1 check the main connector for the entire coil pack. after i did my heads i left this un connected causeing a no spark situation that was easily remedied. fired right up after snugged in all the way, it can be stiff so push hard.

I had no idea there were component locations in the RAVE! That's what I get for not looking through the whole thing!

Thanks for everyone's help, I figured it out yesterday morning. I pulled every wire out and started over. It fired right up and I was off to work.

I do have another question, if I have a 2 " lift do I need +2 shocks? My rover has OME HD springs front and back.
