2 Q's Red or green coolant, which side is bank 1
many do, it is fine with green coolant, but the effect is usually only noticed in very warm temps. And - if your cooling system is up to snuff, won't need it.

Surfactants work and do reduce corrosion on alum engine parts
Nope. I do not believe in snake oil's, if you need to add a additive to your motor oil, power steering, transmission, coolant etc. then you either have a problem that needs to be fixed or you need to use a different fluid.
Engines are designed to run at a certain temp, what is the point in trying to lower the temp as much as possible?
How much does this crap lower the temp buy?
If you want a colder running engine then just put in a colder t-stat.
It did not come from the factory with extra crap in the radiator, or the engine oil or the transmission, so why add it now?
I just dont get it.
Each to their own.
