Default 99 disco wont start

Just changed engines.Engine will only start when using ether. The fuel pump is working and i have good pressure. I have changed cam shaft and crankshaft sensors and changed the injector rail also. Any Ideas? Thanks for the help!

Immobilization? Remove and bypass alarm spider? Reset inertia switch? Are you a D1 or a D2?

He must since he says it starts with starter spray.

That would rule out the alarm, right?

If no spark, consider that crank shaft sensor might have been skewed putting back on. Every nut and spacer needs to be in correct order, see attached. MFR (multifunction relay) or a fuse (F7 under hood) perhaps? Ground engine block to (-) battery terminal (maybe loose ground strap)? Injectors may not be getting power (MFR supplies power, ECU switches ground on/off for each injector).
