Clunking Noise drivers front wheel
It looks like a worn out part #4 needs to be replaced there is to much play you can use adjustable slip joint pliers to remove the nut. also check the splines on the stub axle it may also be worn if so you can get a used set from one of the vendors here for cheap.
Icannap1, #4 (the drive flange) is not installed in those videos.
I'd continue to check bearings, swivel ball grease (which you already have done), and front diff fluid as well.
The sound (clunk) began soon after work was done, correct? You've removed the possibility of caliper/pad issues. So I'd get a look at the bearings.
At the end of the day you might just have a worn CV joint but the coincidence with work being done leads me to doubt it.

bearing seems fine. when I spin the rotor no noises. clunking may have been there before..i'm not 100% sure... I'm leaning towards worn cv joint. I may need some help identifying that once I pull everything apart.. (sunday).. I'll check the splines on the axel stub, etc as well... thx everyone for input...
