No. Not the way you want it to. D2 transmission is electronically controlled. D1 isn't. You'd have to spend big bucks on a controller like the ashcroft compushift.

Anyway, d1 transmissions are cheap. Call Marty.

Would they swap the other way? D1 into D2?

I just have a few DII transmissions in stock at the moment. Nothing for a DI.

Oh. That's surprising I figure d2 would be in higher demand driveshafts breaking and stuff. But I guess there aren't as many d1 left on the roads these days so you probably get less of them in.

I've parted out well over two dozen DII's this year as opposed to about ten DI's. Most of the DII's had good transmissions with under 120K on them whereas most of the DI's I got this year had much higher mileage. I like to sell transmissions that have around 100K on them rather than ones with 160K. Hence the reason I have more DII transmissions than DI's.

Thanks guys. I had someone wanting to buy my D1 trans for his D2.

Anybody know if a 99' D1 rear door window would fit in a D2(2000)?

Thank you again.
