Disco 1 AC issue

driver side rear wheel well... the ac pipe is rubbed through just above the spring
get a new ac pipe, and put a protective sleeve on it before you install it... the pipe you need to replace goes from a connector just in front of the wheel well, to the ac condenser just behind the wheel well. It's an easy swap if you just take the wheel off.

We actually repaired the pipe, now it leaks at the fitting at one end of the pipe, I didn't replace the o rings

It was not rubbed through, it was corroded through salt in rust belt baaad

Default Got the switches out!

I just pulled some switches form a parts car. You need to take off the center louvre panel, then the switches can be pushed out form the back of the AC/Heater assembly.

Super easy once you dig in.
