Discovery service intervals
Hi I have a 96 disco with 111k miles and can you give me a list of what to service and when for example oil every 10k. Does the transmission fluid need changing or topping up if so how etc thanks in advance
A Rover is just like any other car, oil changes every 3-5,000 miles, depending on the oil used.
Trans fluid and filter every 50,000, t-case and differential fluid change every 50k.
Fuel filter same, air filter and tune up as needed.
Engine coolant and brake fluid every 2 years no matter the miles.
Radiator hoses every 10 years.

Do oil changes every 3000 or 4000 miles depending on if you use synthetic oil.
As mention, look at the sticky at the top of this list and do it all to get current then every 20,000 miles afterwards for everything else except the engine oil.
Never go 50,000 miles, as mentioned above, on your fluid, especially on a older vehicle like your that has many years and miles on it.
If you have any questions shout back.
