Default Diesel ALL DAY!

If you truly want a Land Rover that will get you out "there" go with Tom's suggestion. Mate the 300tDi with a R380 and you'll have one of the best rigs around. Call Mike up at Brit Rest in Canadia for some pointers on the ease of the swap.

If my original 3.9 goes one day I'm putting a Diesel in it for sure.

300 tdi X 3! I'm 65% certain I'll be doing this soon. Maybe I'll throw the 4.0 into my Miata.

I saw someone mention the 4.2L, and that started all sorts of crazy ideas in my head LOL!

Doesn't that mean "Worn Out, won't hold compression, need rebuilding or replacing" ?

I don't know I saw him a couple of weeks ago when I picked up my parts truck. Did you use the phone number on his website? I know he switched to Skype at some point.

I agree, it's hard to get the diesel thing out of my head. My brother and I think diesels are the way to go. We're looking for cheap diesel options.
