No 4th Gear or Reverse

Hi Guys,
I have a 95 series disco 2.5 Turbo that is refusing to go into 4th gear or reverse.
Slides into other gears O.K.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds expensive. Could be adjustment of the selector rod on side of transmission, but here is a diagnosis sheet (attached). For an automatic.

Sorry Guys forgot to say my 95 disco is manual.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Check the clutch cable for adjustment, and the clutch fork.
Unless the clutch cable is out of adjustment you are probably going to need a new clutch.
