Default Procedure for putting valley pan gasket on

I have removed my valley gasket on my 98 disco. I have one on order from autozone. It appears to be a complete kit with black rtv silicone. What is the proper way of sealing the gasket? Dry on the top and go around all intake ports and endcaps with the rtv or just the endcaps per rave? I do not want this leaking again and may put some blue loctite on the manifold bolts. My torque wrench will probably not fit so this could be a problem and I may just torque it down with a wrench tight. It was very tight coming off and I hope I can get it back on without removing the valve cover as autozone did not have a gasket for them.

actually it should be one giant intake valley pan gasket, two valley end gaskets. You have to take at least one valve cover off to get the intake out. So its either one or two gaskets. Plus new bolts on the intake and valve cover if you want to. We usually do. But the rtv sealant only needs to be used on the corners of the heads where the meet the block and the end gaskets go into. Plus the top of the intake but thats a given. Superglue the valve cover gaskets to the valve covers. Makes it easier to install.
