You can get an exact replacement clutch at AutoZone. I used a 922302 on a D2, but it lists the D1 as 922300. I don't know what the difference is, but the D1 is $30 more.

I had to drill the holes out a bit on fan and go with 10mm bolts but that's it.

I like that. Disco Mike gave me a call and he gave me some good ideas on finding a new one. If I just need to drill some holes, I can easily handle that.

Don't rely on DiscoMike, ask the community. He has very jaded outlooks on methods.

I found only part of my oil separator, and a rotted hose to intake ram. Have 17 in vaccuum at fitting to ram, but only maybe 5 inch vac on hose to valve cover on driver side. While I wait in new parts I ponder why the big difference? Would that mean that air path way from driver side valve cover to passenger side valve cover thru the engine is blocked with sludge? You would think vac applied to one side would carry over to the other side as part of the PCV system..... or is there enough liquid oil in the rocker covers when running to block the vaccuum?

Can someone hook me up with the length and width of the rear mud flaps. I found a mud flap from an 18wheeler. Going to make them Saturday.

The main section is 9 1/4" wide by about 10" tall. There is an indentation at the top to overall height is 11 1/4" Inset looks to be an inch on the inside and 2" on the outside.

I hope these help...
