My 12 year old daughter and I worked on the 90k mile service list today on our new Disco.

We
changed the fuel filter
changed the gearbox oil
cleaned the air filter
topped up the clutch fluid & windscreen fluid
tested the winch

Was the first time under the hood for both of us.

Installed some rear spring wedges. They put the lower perches back to level and gave just enough lift so the rake of the truck looks better.

How much rear pinion angle do you have? Mines damn close to zero on 3". I'm going to do some experimenting with the a arm spacer and arm length. I just barely scrubbed the back of the fender well on the 2" set up.

Really did this yesterday, but finally got the last two coolant hoses replaced, the two for the throttle body heater.

I bought a uroparts hose for the smaller one off amazon for $6 and used a tramission cooler hose for the longer hose that goes to the radiator. This one was only $9 from advanced and works great.

Watched it sit in the rain waiting for dry weather to continue head gasket job. Neighbor has a good stand of corn this year, if drought stays away. You guys with a garage, barn, or car port don't know how lucky you are.

How about one of those cheap Walmart/Costco gazebos? Would give you a roof at least.
