Today I had my windshield resealed. It was leaking at the top where the glue decided to separate from the body. The water rolled in down along the glass edge, down to the fire wall and worked itself over to the a pillar as well. So under nice rain storm the passenger side floor board would be flooded. With Window sealed, no more leaks after testing. Best news, rubber trim pieces where saved, glass was saved and all went back together perfectly. If your in south Florida, use Auto Glass specialist to do any glass work, second time I used them, second time I got perfect results.
When's the last time you greased your Ujoints? Whta's the condition of them?
The D1 front propshaft kinda sucks straight from the factory. Even on a stock truck its borderline needing a DC shaft. LR was cheap and decided to install the single cardan out of phase to get it by. Notice how even the stock D2's come with a DC front shaft? So when you lift your D1 the front shaft gets even more wonky. Now, most people can lift their truck 2" and run the stock shaft A-OK. However, there are exceptions to this. Especially when running a HD lift on a truck with no additional weight(bumpers, winch, skidplates, rack, etc). You may just be one of those unlucky folks.
The simple test is to pull the front proopshaft, lock the cdl, and drive it. If the vibe is gone then the shaft is your problem. You can also thoroughly inspect and replace the ujoints when you pull the shaft.

I, for sure, has been one of those unlucky folks and the cost I had was enormous.
New Transfer case, oil seals,wasted oil,U-Joints and balancing all ads up to maybe the cost of 2 Double Cardan shafts!
Perfect example of "Penny wise and pound foolish"
Lesson to be learned: The moment you lift your Disco 1 change Rotoflex coupler to U-joint rear and to DC front.
In two weeks time I will be traveling to Johannesburg, South Africa, and do some serious "Junk Yard Crawling"
The price for a new DC shaft over here is between 800 to 1000$ US
Might get it for 200-250$

I just think anybody rolling on 2" HD lift with no extra weight or 3" lift is going to need a DC for sure.
